Hello! I am developing an Windows program that will make 3DS hacking easier by having full tutorials, downloads, and more in one program!

Why is this in the EoF? Well, first of all, It is very early and doesn't deserve to be in the 3DS sections yet, and I'm completely lost of where to go Mods, you can move it if it is suitable for that section.

Yeah ModMii was the first thing I thought of when I saw this. If someone could make something as good as that for 3DS it would be a great resource!
