my grandma is immigrating to Canada and my uncle wants a specific type of honey from our country so can she put it in her traveling bag?

I am not sure if Honey is classified as liquid or not, if it is classified as liquid, then most likely will not get past the TSA security, however if it's at or less then 3.4 ounces and in a plastic bag then it should be okay.
Might be better off shipping the stuff.

EDIT: The container themselves must be only able to carry 3.4 ounces of liquid and not a drop more. Any container capable of holding more then 3.4 ounces is not permitted regardless if it contains 3.4 ounces or less of liquid.
