when i press the home button to exit the homebrew a line appear "SD mount failed" and i must restart the wii u

and the downloaded content doesn't appear on the sd card

But your "SD-card Hardware lock" (don't know the correct name for this small plastic switch on SD cards) is deactivated, right?

I've added "Known repos" to the first post. So far that list includes:

Also updated these in the github readme as well.

I didn't check the sources, so just asking here:
does it download the files one by one (elf, png, meta), or does it download a zip and unpack it ?
I suppose the "file by file" method will not work if there are other files needed by the homebrew (settings, subfolders etc.)
Yes, right now it's doing "file by file", which I believe is okay for all current homebrew apps released (besides emulators). Most apps seem to generate any other files if they're needed. The reason why I don't currently unpack zips has to do with this issue. Icon, meta, and elf I know are safe to replace, but I need to think of a good way to track which files are user-customizable to ensure I don't overwrite something like settings on every update. I should probably look at how existing (real) package managers handle this problem.

Also thanks, pretty cool to be a sticky

The symptom, "Press home -> SD mount failed." seems to imply that homebrew launcher can't see your SD card anymore (getting here on HBL launch)... Very strange indeed.

As pwsincd suggested, does it only happen with this card? HBAS shouldn't be doing anything special asides from writing the files, do other apps that write to the SD card from the Wii U (such as U-paint when saving) experience the same issue?

i used some homebrews like loadiine or sdcafiine who are working perfectly and loadiine can save on the SD card but when i install an homebrew with the homebrew, it makes a problem, i could make a video if you want

Have you tried searching for fs problems (corruption, sectors damage...) ? It's strange that loadiine works while other homebrews does not but it could just be a coincidence; for example the apps folder could be located in the first sectors of the sd that could be damaged while the games folder could be located in successive sectors; anyway I would reccomend you trying another sd to see if it works

Whats about empty space on sd card? Does it have one single partition formated to fat32?
I also assume it is sd card problem. i would try other sd card as suggested by pwsincd

loadiine can save easily so it's strange
Only a portion of your SD card could be bad, the whole thing doesn't have to be bad for it to have read/write errors in just one part. Have you also tried running a disk check on the SD card? One of my SD cards was recently flagged by the OS as having bad sections, and I ran a scan and fixed it up.
