ROM Hack Official Mario Kart 7 - Custom Track Grand Prix 7 (CTGP-7)

So I have a some issues.

1. The Menu and the Tracks aren't named as the should. Everything is just normally named.
2. I can't update MK 7 to 1.1 to play online. When I update to 1.1 CTGP-7 stuck in the 3DS Screen.

(Using MK7 as a Cardridge on EmuNAND 11.0 Luma3ds)

Hans doesn't read game updates, so if you have a cfw try installing the mk7 v1.1 cia or the ctgp-7 cia made by darkflare (look on that iso site)

the darkflare cia? search for the mario kart 7 with the update included cia, it's a legit cia and you can find it almost everywhere.

2. That's normal, if you want to play online you'll need a 1.1 cia.

My Mario Kart version is the european cardridge version. (no 1.1 patch installed)
But i will try it later with the 1.1 cia.

I can't, because all the methods are game unique, and you jave to dump your own game.

One side of me says that it would probably be irrelevant, & the other side is debating on whether I should just post it here instead. I'm just asking for your advice, because I know a lot of people might wanna showcase CTGP-7 for YouTube, but I'm concerned about the whole "copyright strike" system. This whole post was probably just unnecessary, but like I said, I just needed your advice.

Some people may find it useful, so I think you should make a new thread. I don't care if you post the whole CTGP-7 pack with the silent music files, however you will need to have it updated as CTGP-7 get's updated. If I were you I would make a download with the bcstm files alone, and tell people how to replace CTGP-7 files (or make a bat file).

Since when a mod not having gateway support makes it a bs? Just get Luma CFW, build a cia or add gw support yourself and make this mod great again instead of complaining.

No. My console is on german.

I only patched English and Spanish files, you would need to set your console to one of those, or change the name of UI/common-XX.szs to ED or EG (iirc)

Just use "echo" to print a message, and "copy" to copy files, you can make for example place the files in ctgp-7 folder and run the bat

I try to build a cia version of ctgp-7 0.7.1 with MK7 cia as source file.
The script hang tel me that cxidecryption failed.
According to decrypt9 my cia is already decrypted. No .cxi file provided by decrypt9.
The log file is empty.
Any advice?
