1) Can I use this kind of SD Card to Transfer all the files I have, just to download many cia games I want to play?
https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-512M...&qid=1465672998&sr=1-4&keywords=512gb+sd+card

2) Can a Sky3DS can be used to to get into the HBL when they already installed freakyforms 3ds into their Sky3DS ROM to use the Exploit? And can Sky3DS can be used on latest firmwares on 11.0 SysNAND Fw when they use Freakyforms hax on Sky3DS due to Scalpers has scalped Freakyforms 3ds.? It's for a friend of mine btw

you can use it but don't expect to be able to have more than one game on it

Why would you wanna buy a 512MB card for $18 when you can buy a 32GB one for the same amount of money? The sky3ds can hold as many games as your sd card can hold. I highly recommend getting a high quality, high memory and high speed card (class 10).

512MB card is for downloading many cia 3ds titles, since I do have a 16MB SD Card already

16MB is the size of ~4 16MP JPG photos, so I think you're mistaking GB for MB :^)
(And also, I think 16MB cards stopped being sold a long time ago, I got a 64MB card in ~2005 and it was the smaller capacity available... )

And 3ds games as cia.

I think you're mixing up GB and MB. MB are smaller, it's a GB card that you want - either 32 or 64 is probably best. I, myself, am using a 128GB card - I think that's the max that the 3DS can handle. Beware that anything over 32GB has to be formatted to Fat32 with cluster sizes of 32. If you use default settings, it causes problems for the console with accessing the sd card data.

512 MB isn't enough for most 3DS games really, and if it is, maybe just one before it's full

Ah okay this makes more sense, Thank you for telling me the infos about MB and GB SD Cards.
Can a 512GB SD Card can be formatted to FAT32.?

Any volume =< 2TB can. But tbh 512 on a 3DS is way overkill. You can probably download every game from every region and it won't even be full.

I feel like this is painfully obvious, but the card you linked is 512 MB, not 512 GB as you searched for.

It takes 1024 MB to make 1 GB.

This is extremely basic computer knowledge and your lack of fundamental understanding of this makes me question the age you have listed on your profile and whether or not you should be hacking a 3DS to begin with. If you can make a mistake this mindbogglingly ridiculous, then you're probably going to turn your 3DS into a brick.

In addition, 512 GB is actually far too much space. The 3DS has a hard limit of 300 games installed at any given time. This means in order to use 512 GB you'd need to install only the largest 3DS games that exist on purpose. Unless you're installing 127 copies of Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D, you do not need that much space.

I'm not sure about formatting a 512GB card. I didn't know they went up that high - I bet they are expensive. I did read somewhere that the card slot in 3DS is outdated and that the max is 128GB, but I haven't confirmed that personally. I know that Nintendo does like to keep hardware affordable, so it is conceivable that they use NOT the latest components as that keeps the cost down.

1) Even though this is basic computer knowledge, why are you so rude about it? Explain it to him and let it be. It's not like he's asking for "can i has ze 11.0 kernal??" or "how do i ds inject pls" :P

2) He wouldn't be able to install 127 copies of Metal Gear, since they all have the same TID, and you can't have two apps sharing the same TID. And anyway, he apparently plan to use it with a Sky3DS, so the 300 games limit isn't relevant :P

Nope, you can use any SD card formatted to FAT32 with the 3DS. The system takes longer to boot with 128 GB, and minor issues appear with 256+GB (such as MenuHax not working), but other than that, it's fine from what I could read.

I'm not being rude, I am 100% serious. If you lack knowledge of computers on that fundamental a level, you should not be trying to hack a 3DS. Also, if you read the whole original post, he plans on using the card with his normal 3DS, not a Sky3DS (which is impossible anyway, because Sky3DS uses a microSD card, not a standard one) He plans to use a Sky3DS to emulate a copy of FreakyForms for use with FreakyHax.

And yeah, I'm aware that they all would have the same TID, I was making a point of showing how ludicrously overkill 512GB of space is. You could seriously fit 127 copies of that 4GB 3DS game in a 512GB card. There aren't even 127 different 3DS games that take up 4GB each.
