Thanks for the port, I'm having problems with cheats none seem to work with the games I've tested, SM64 DS, New Super Mario Bros, Pokémon games etc, it is just me? I placed the updated cheat database file in the SD card they appear I can toggle them on and off but they just don't work
Btw just wanted to report an issue I had with the forwarder feature.
I accidentally installed the Mario Party DS forwarder twice. When I pressed + and tried to delete one of the duplicate forwarders, Atmosphère immediately crashed. The crash report showed:
Process: qlaunch
Program ID: 0100000000001000
Exception: User Break
Crashed Thread: SceneWorker
After rebooting, the emuMMC would show the Atmosphère logo but then remain permanently stuck on the Nintendo Switch logo. Stock sysNAND and Atmosphère sysMMC still booted normally, so only the emuMMC was affected.
Luckily, I had a backup of my emuMMC, so it wasn’t a major problem and I was able to restore everything. I’m mainly reporting it in case the launcher could prevent installing the same forwarder twice or handle duplicate deletion more safely.

Also, it would be great to have a screen rotation/portrait mode option in the GUI. It would be awesome for playing with a Flip Grip, especially for games that use the DS screens vertically.
idk if you are aware, but that screen layout where the top screen is present two times is more demanding, so maybe if you use a custome one or another it may run at full speed without OC
i didn't hear it anywhere, i see it my self, i got hi-res 3d activated with the same layout as you and all my games where performing at 54-55 fps, then i just changed the layout and obtained 60fps stable on all of them
Thank you so much for the 1.04 patch. The graphical improvements are very noticeable across the board.
I’ve been testing Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver specifically — the constant pixel flickering and sprite jitter that was present in the initial release is basically gone now. The overall visual experience is way cleaner and much more enjoyable.
It’s awesome to see how fast this port is getting better. Keep up the great work, looking forward to future updates!

Amazing work on this DrasticDS port, it’s really impressive! Out of curiosity, would it be possible to port the Android version of melonDS to Switch as well? That would be fantastic.
Hi there,Huge thanks for all the work put into DraStic — it’s hands down the best NDS emulator experience on Switch, and both performance and compatibility are really impressive.I wanted to suggest a small quality-of-life feature: **add screen rotation support for the game selection / ROM list menu**.Right now the rotation setting only takes effect once you launch into a game. For players who prefer playing NDS titles in vertical (portrait / tate) orientation, we have to hold the Switch horizontally just to browse and pick games, then flip it vertical after booting in. It breaks the handheld flow quite a bit.It would be really nice if the frontend UI could follow the same rotation config, or have its own rotation toggle. That way we can keep the console in vertical orientation the whole time, from selecting a game straight into gameplay. No pressure at all, just wanted to throw the idea out there. Appreciate all your hard work on this emulator!
