Hacking "Enable" Mii outfits you haven't unlocked?

Most of us probably have that 1 or 2 hats/ outfits that NEVER seem to show no matter what you do.

Is there a way to do this? Similar to how you activate unused slots like giga bowser/warioman etc, Can you make mii outfits/hats that you haven't unlocked selectable? if so if anyone can explain how or link me to a thread( I havent found any that answer this) i'd appreciate it.

If it is MK8, there is a GUI named Mario Kart 8 Trainer

Ah so there's not a GUI File i can edit to make them show up? (Like how the UI for characters is used to make slots appear/dissapear)

EDIT: I was diggin around and found this file (ui_mii_body_db)
Would this perhaps be a lead?

I don't even know if its the right file
I'll just use param editor, play around with it and hope it works like the CSS....
