What are the titleid's for Config and DevMenu, or does it matter if they have different names

So a lot of questions:
Why should I pandaify my console?
How are System Updates on that FW?
What can I do with a Test Menu CIA on retail FW?

More disadvantages than advantages actually. You can access to dev tools such as test menu, but you won't be able to update/play online/etc. This is more useful for devs.

Why should I pandaify my console?
If you need to ask why you don't need to. A lot of people in this thread don't have any legitimate reason other than to be "cool" and "hip."
How are System Updates on that FW?
You run a dev system updater application.
What can I do with a Test Menu CIA on retail FW?
You can run test menu, which pretty much lets you launch carts and lets you launch devmenu. DevMenu can be used to launch other apps.

Is that included in the dev FW?

If I install it, will I have to use it forever instead of Home Menu?
from what I can see there isn't much included with the dev fw, I think you need to have an actual dev unit to have 'all' the dev apps on your system :/

Yes it is, it should be in the leaked apps.

No, you install the CIA, enable testmenu in config, then enable UNITINFO on the developer branch of Luma3DS. Disabling Dev UNITINFO will bring you back to home menu.

or you can use the leaked apps ;) (Unless the system updater hasn't leaked publicly yet I guess)

Thanks to all of you! So pandaifying isn't worth it for me because I also like to play with my 3DS. I'll test Test Menu out, but for now, I'm messing with CTRAging and amiibo[?].

I dont think Luma uses a firmware.bin file anymore guys so we dont even need it xD
We do. I am almost positive
We don't. I am 100% positive.

I got it to work, here is how I did it;

First you need some files.
sysupdater
Dev & Factory Titles (Look on "that 3DS ISO Site")
Retail Encrypted DevApps (Look on "that 3DS ISO Site")
Luma3DS (Dev)

1. Setup Luma3DS
2. Extract 11.4.rar and rename the folder to "updates" delete 000400000FF40102.cia and 000400000FF40002.cia.
3. Extract DevMegaPack.rar and rename Config_v11_4_NAND.cia and DevMenu_Nand.cia to 000400000FF40102.cia and 000400000FF40002.cia then copy them to the "updates" folder.
4. Move the "updates" folder and the sysupdater.cia to the root of your SD card.
5. Boot Luma3DS, hold select, enable Developer features, load EmuNand.
6. Use FBI or something to install sysupdater.cia.
7. Run sysupdater press downgrade.
8. Wait.
9. Wait!
10. Reboot.
11. Open "CONFIG", select "Menu Setting", select "Menu", press up to "test menu".
12. Press B x2, press "Power" to reboot
13. Done, now have fun!
