people aren't just born knowing... don't try to sound elitist, it's not helpful!
Typically I'd be in 100% agreement with you. I hate private dev work and I hate elitism in a hacking community. But it's the truth that these have very specific functions which most users don't need.

I am guessing not, but would it now be possible to decrypt development cia's using this firmware on retail 3DS's? Or is that a hardware thing?

So, I've been trying to get this since yesterday, but now I managed to install those 11.4 Dev CIAs successfully, and now here's my new spiced up Dev HOME Menu!

Just thought I should share the cool results with everybody! ^_^

may i have a little hint (not the link) to where the leaked cias are? for example: "That iso site: name thread" or "that leaks pastebin"

I guess everyone has their own opinions and tastes for stuff.

I mean, I think this is visually pleasing because it's new and not something you see everyday. :)
However, it's not really useful for the general public, and it's only really meant for official game devs, I suppose...

Not worth an accidental brick.
Not unless you have A9LH. ;)
That thing saved me more times than you can count, this morning.
