I honestly don't get why people are focusing on DRM...You open the program once and you never have to verify it again. Obviously you went online to get cemu, just open it for like 2 seconds and viola, it works forever. As for all of the piracy leaks, Exzap said it himself, he didn't have significant evidence that it was actually pirated versions after the new DRM. Patrons have no reason to complain about it, because of what I just said, and people like Mr. Brazil are just so cheap that they can't wait SEVEN DAYS to get a 5 dollar product for free. What is still the issue with DRM? You're either too cheap to pay for the emulator, or complaining just to complain. Wanna know why the emulator is going so quickly? Because Exzap has no "job irl", he just works on Cemu, it has also been stated on the forum. If you remove DRM and make the whole project open source, then it will probably have more issues than solutions. 200+ random people working on one thing of code versus 2, it's bound to get lost in translation somewhere. The rules are simple, pay $5 (every dollar counts and patreon is not just for the emulator itself, but to help support development of it and the developers (who know what they're doing and created by themselves, so they should get to call the shots), but most people are complaining about drm and open source and pirating so they are specifically who I am talking about in this context) and get the emu early, wait 7 days to get it for free, or go find another wii u emulator / build your own.
We need to start focusing on more things like game compatibility and if there have been any improvements for Hyrule Warriors or Xenoblade X (there are no results in the compatibility lists)
p.s.
@Exzap @Petergov , can you clarify the pronunciation of your product? See-moo, Say-moo, See-muh, Say-muh, or something else entirely?
