Look at reputable sources instead of shady websites.

Every fool with a tiny bit of html knowledge can quickly slap up a website claiming they got a PS4/Xbone hack.
Then run a few ads on it and spread the word.

You the end user will be bummed out and the hoster will run off with the money.

I've download all the 'PS3UPDAT.PUP'. Offcourse it had a survey...then ALL is BS, FU**, SH**, FAKE
You have to downgrade man....that's the only way

If there are surveys on the download link, i can assure you that it's fake.
That is the common trait of unreliable sites claiming that 4.80 OFW can be hacked.
Only use reputables source such as wololo to find out if your ps3 is hackable.

If you want CFW on your PS3, get your hands on an E3 Flasher (if you have a compatible PS3). They're £30 on eBay.

Still can't believe there are gobshites that actually still create websites like that and expect people to fall for it. Guess it's like any scam, some still do actually fall to their bullshit like people do with fraudulent bank emails and Paypal accounts.
