Homebrew 9.9 3ds, what options do I have regarding homebrew?

I've recently recieved a 3ds on 9.9 firmware. Just a quickshot question, without any carts, is there any way to get into homebrew?

I can't get into homebrew at all for the moment, so how would I go about getting in? (so I can get menuhax)

Seeing you're on 9.9, it could be that you can utilize browserhax as well.

I've tried using browserhax to get onto homebrew, but the nag message always pops up. I've tried yellows8's browser check bypass but I seem to be getting the message as soon as I start the browser even after changing the date-time.

Try again, try to do it faster.
See if you can find a video of someone doing it and just follow up

I'm not to knowledgable on 3DS hacking but, you're going to need a card based entrypoint then if it continues to fail.

If you can bump your message count to 100, you can access the trading section.
@astrangeone is currently giving her copy to tempers to use.

I'm pretty sure there is a work around the nag. If you're on n3ds then just try browserhax faster. If on o3ds then I think there's a workaround using the date option, not sure where to find a tut of it
