I recently found a guide that shows how to change region for n3ds. Is it safe to do it on rednand?
My N3DS is Jap. ver. and I want to region change to US

It is safe, but I think doing so you lose out on access to eShop, if that matters to you~

can you link to the guide please, it works with emunand created with G and booted with rei i assume
i just realized my AU N3ds can not access eshop in US ,i wonder if i can just set up a proxy server on my PC to make it think i am in AU instead of changing the region
