Hardware N3ds XL Battery Cover isn't fitting right

Hello, for 2 days I got my n3ds XL and I first change the micro sd card. After I set up the battery cover on, the right corner (or simply the right side) on the 3ds isn't fitting enough. There is 1mm free. On the other side it is fitting enough. Can I somehow fix it? I mean, if I play with my 3ds, I feel it that isn't fitting enough. I don't want to send it back because I got all my files back and installed A9lh. I checked the battery cover and nothing is broken

Also make sure you have the stick out when seating it.
