-All games studio already got Devkits
-x86 architecture will allow easy port of Ps4/XBO games
-Most of first-party devlopers are developping NX games, that's why there are less games to be released on Wii U and 3DS.

Confirmed by 4 sources :
-NX is more powerful than PS4, it has more RAM and has a more powerful GPU and CPU (the CPU is 15% to 30% more powerful than PS4's)
-Nintendo would use this new console to offer new chance to some Wii U games. Smash Bros 4 and Zelda U are "100% Confirmed"
-Besides, Super Mario Maker and Splatoon aren't confirmed yet and still in study, Nintendo want first to make sure that it is possible to transfer save files between console and eventually allow Cross-play (splatoon).

I don't think all that more powerfull than ps4 stuff is false. This is Nintendo were talking about. They probably settled from 2 gigs of ram, a core 2 duo, and an old Radeon gpu. I'd still buy it.
