I saw some comments that the update 5.5.2 fixes , and other pessos who resorted to guarantee managed to exchange, in my case already there is no guarantee indeed never had since bought at launch imported .

5.5.2 isn't and will not exist. Next update is 5.6 and the SDK shows only like one thing changed and does not patch the kexploit.
