Arm9loaderhax CFW on SysNAND 10.6 Trouble Updating to 10.7

Try to Update though settings:
"An Error has occurred. Hold down the power button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again."

Any idea guys?
Or anyway to update though SD card?

Thanx for the reply
I am not sure~~ I just followed this Guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
How do I check or make sure I have the latest files?

this guide links to both Cakes and AuReiNAND, I recommend using AuReiNAND. switching is easy
https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-5-(arm9loaderhax-&-AuReiNAND)

Follow these steps only (under Preparatory Work)
Step 1
Step 7 (this will help you run Homebrew Launcher as a CIA, skip if you have done this already)
Step 8 (if you have files here, delete all files and folders except firmware90.bin (if you have this)
Step 9
Step 10
Step 11
Step 13
Step 14
Step 15
Step 16
Step 17
Step 18

-----------------
Next, follow all the steps from Configuring AuReiNAND (VERY IMPORTANT)
if you need to get back into this menu, hold select and press power button while console is off

That is it, you are done upgrading AuReiNAND to latest and have enabled FIRM protection so you can safely update SysNAND without bricking.

To run 3DSX homebrew, use DevMenu or FBI to install the Homebrew Launcher CIA from step 7 that you copied to your SD Card.

Here is a link to the homebrew menu starter package in case you do not have this
http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip
This is needed to use the homebrew launcher CIA properly
-----------------
What you can do with a9lh and AuReiNAND (copy and paste from guide)

Your device will now automatically launch into CFW SysNAND. You will no longer be able to boot without the SD card in, that is normal.
You will now boot a Custom Firmware based SysNAND by default.
You can now hold L+R on boot to launch Decrypt9, a full featured NAND tool.
You can now hold L+Y on boot to launch EmuNAND9, a full featured EmuNAND and SD management tool.
You can now hold L+B on boot to launch Uncart, a tool for converting a physical game cart to an installable file.

EDIT: I posted this in the guides section for others to find also

Are u with cakes or aureinand now? If its Cakes u Just press L on boot. If u are on aureinand it should be always enabled.

The thing is, if u updated if it not enabled before could be the case. Only u can say now.

When I press L on Start up it saids "aurei/firmware(90).bin doesn't exist.
Oh well. Guess I'll just try and see what went wrong.

It's really important that you know whether you have AuReiNAND or Cakes. It baffles me that you don't know, because you had to make a decision in part 5. The guide forks here. It suggests to me you aren't reading the instructions carefully, which is a big mistake.

If you have Cakes, you MUST go into the patches menu and tick the Block Firm Updates box, and then you MUST hit start to apply it. Not doing this could result in bricking your console during an update.

I don't know if this relevant, helpful or not, but when i updated my 9.0 sysnand to 10.7 I had an initial strange experience

I was using one of the older AuRei builds in sysnand flagged mode, hit system update and let it do its thing, powered off and rebooted and went back into system settings and i was only on 10.5 (even though 10.7 was the latest), so i went back to update and did it again and it upped me to 10.7

It was really weird because it was like a 2 stage update
