I think you have it backwards, as when I used to run AuReiNAND with an emuNAND and arm9loaderhax, I held L to boot sysNAND. But I soon realized emuNAND was pointless with A9LH, so I formatted my SD card without it and updated my sysNAND (obviously retaining A9LH). I recommend you do that, @chaosrunner.By booting into the menu of whatever cfw you're using and telling it to launch sysnand instead of emunand.
If you're using the latest version of AuReiNand you do this by holding select on boot, and if you're using Cakes I believe you do it by holding L on boot.

change the theme after getting to the home menu to remove menuhax or remove it via the menuhax installer by booting the installer via the homebrew menu. you can load homebrew afterward with the homebrew menu via the homebrew menu CIA.now its loading menuhax
