Hi,

I really wonder if it is possible to stream the Output of the above screen (only - or maybe the both screens... but one screen is okay too).. to the pc .. similar to PSP

I tried to code something but i kinda failed while trying.

I wonder if the N3ds can handle a constant streaming process using a9h or similar stuff....
anyone got an answer before i m really wasting my time to go on?
Or maybe someone has already done something like that?

I don't know but we can see some pokemon streams on oficial championship and I have no idea how they do itXD
In a hacking way, you can hardmod but it's not cheap :/

I'm also interested on this ... maybe just a recorder is allright

Pretty sure it's been talked about several times before, and the general consensus was that even if the 3DS is powerful enough to support running games and capturing every single frame simultaneously, there's no way the WiFi chip would be able to support streaming video. Only really viable solution is one of the available hardware capture cards.

They are using an official device called PARTNER-CTR-Capture. That thread has photos of those things https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-development-hardware.327858/
Unfortunately they are very hard to get and expensive.

So you're saying that the psp can but the 3ds not... Strange. I think that it's because the psp used the cable, so the WiFi problem is bypassed.

yeah, well..
problem is that capture card cant be optained at all..
its not for myself - i m working hard for a friend to get it to work actually.
the Problem is she loves nintendogs but cant see it due to the screen (even XL) being too small.
glasses wont help -

other solution would be Nintendo making a Nintendogs U or something like that... i wouldnt care anymore writing that friggin 3ds thing lol
