Catch a new Nintendo Direct on March 3 at 2 p.m. PT for updates on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS titles planned for launch through summer 2016.

Or perhaps because the only game that was "on schedule" (Star Fox) was delayed.
Who knows, perhaps because they haven't said anything about SMTxFE western release in a very long time.
Or perhaps because there are no more games to talk about other than those... Oh... what will you sell us Nintendo.
Don't tell me you got some new amiibos that would actually be required to unlock that Zelda NX related eastern egg on Twilight Princess HD..... ugh.

Hm. I wonder why Nintendo is waiting so long on releasing any info about the NX. Sources say it's supposed to be out this year. They're cutting it a little close with potential marketing, hype, and such. The Direct will probably have one or two "surprise" titles; Paper Mario and one of the codenamed leaks, and the rest will be release dates. We're closing in on E3, not much longer before Nintendo has to spill the beans.

I'd like to see a new Metroid game as much as anyone else. That I can agree with.
Regardless, even if it's not what everyone wants, I'd rather have a direct talking about some games than no direct talking about no games.
