ANSWER! Put 3ds in mircowave. set time for 92 seconds. If your mircowave explodes then BOOM your 3ds is downgraded to 9.2. If it doesn't blow up then your 3ds is a a very expensive brick

From @SomeGamer no guide mentions how to downgrade the microwave itself, because sadly I updated it.
ANSWER: Well it is very simple and very illegal. First buy a mircowave that is the exact same model as the one you updated. Walmart is recommended. Next open new mircowave and put old one in box. return old mircowave. finally download the 3d homebrew microwave downgrader and run it mircowavehax is the only hax that make it work. Lasty enjoy your downgraded mircowave!
