ROM Hack Smash Bros 3DS .idsp files won't play.

I've been screwing around with Foobar2000 and Winamp for the fast 3 and a half hours now.
Nothing i do gets these damn files to play, and getting a tad frustrated..

any help will do, thanks

this file it toke me fore ever of google to find it or i wode just send you the think but i don't remember so here ya go

use it by draging the file in it and i think u need winamp installed not shur u mite not
