honestly, asking for a 100% safe way to downgrade is like asking this:
"Whats the safest way to go skiing? don't ski."
true, but as I said above, still the same:There is a risk doing it yourself, but there are members on here in the US and Europe who can do it for a reasonable price. And if they mess up their work, I'm sure they're willing to make up for it.
