Have you booted it so it has save data?
The US version works fine.
Also keep in mind that FL uses ExtData.

Future Idea: Create this same app with the same GUI, but instead of backing up saves, it can be used to delete cia games or any other titles you don't want.

Using FBI or Devmen/BBM is a pain because you need to find the title ID of the game before you can find and delete it. Your save manager app doesn't have a need for title ID so it'll be useful to create another app that can delete games.

For everyone asking for the source, you're going to have to wait a bit. I have to clean it up and comment it better. I also do this as a hobby, so I'm sure a lot of it isn't the best way to do it. It just gets the job done right now.

Yes you do. You might boot your EmuNAND at coldboot but there is no way to use the System Settings app without having the console restart.

That's irrelevant to the discussion. If something faster can be made there's no reason it shouldn't unless the developer in question does not want to take it on.

Must be terrible to want a cia manager that actually lists the name of the game/app compared to title id.. Convenience is always nice. I don't need it.. But it's a nice idea.
