Hacking Can I run Pasta CFW on 9.2 without Ninjhax?

The only hax which I have access to are Menuhax and Browserhax, I was gonna Install the CIA for Cubic Ninja using Pasta on my 3DS. Is there any way? I am on 9.2.0:20E o3ds

Then use Menuhax. The .3dsx homebrew are not limited to a specific HAX. They can be used with any HAX.
