technically is, but mset has a higher boot rate. but for the sake of convenience, i started using homemenuhax myself. too lazy to go into system settings now, lol.

Menuhax is faster and can be automated, but less reliable. MSET is slower and manual, but a bit more reliable.

you can shrink this considerably by deleting all payloads not for your region and type of console. I deleted KOR,JPN,and EUR payloads for new and old 3DS and old 3ds payloads for USA as I have a US New 3DS XL.

I successfully installed mset and reinand rop on my sysnand 9.1.0 (I have backup)
anyway mset looks cool launch method I had never seen before.
I loved it. thank you for all the guys who give a comment here and help me.

I have found that MSET boots almost all the time for me (US N3DS XL 9.2) whereas homemenuhax yellow screened or froze loading Gateway,RxTools, and ReiNAND quite a bit. I think you will enjoy the boot rate considering System Settings/DS(i)/GBA/and Homebrew Loader CIA force you out of CFW mode when you quit them.
