Your parents actually mess with the settings on your 3DS regularly? If I use the mkey generator to reset the pin, how will I get the actual pin to block the controls again so when my parents reconfigure it, they will not see a difference??

Ouch, 19 and still have your parents restrict your access? Me thinks your parents are too strict
Maybe he is the age of @Jacklack3 and wants to talk to his online Animal Crossing girlfriend on his ACNL legit CIA he got on 10.3why the heck are you trying to bypass parental controls, OP? trying to look at 3d Boobies?
Your acting like being 11 is like having cancer and fucking someone with it.Maybe he is the age of @Jacklack3 and wants to talk to his online Animal Crossing girlfriend on his ACNL legit CIA he got on 10.3
What makes you think that, little one?Your acting like being 11 is like having cancer and fucking someone with it.
I beleive 16 is worse.
Also, I am 15. Not 16.
At 19, why don't you get a job, move out of your parents' place and buy your own 3DS?
You can live in a share house. Here, a bedroom in a share house ranges from $100-$200 a week. A full time week at minimum wage is $650 so assuming you're not at uni there is no problem affording a place. If you're at uni and can only work part time, most places pay $20-$25 an hour for unskilled employees (McDonalds and some supermarkets are the only ones paying true minimum wage) so nobody here has a problem affording a place to live, assuming you don't have really fancy tastes. If you have a partner or kids or both it might be tricky. In addition, if you earn less than about $200 a week and are studying you can get "youth allowance" or "Austudy" payments as a supplement. If you are not employed and not studying you get about $200 a week in "Newstart" payments which will keep you in cheap accomodation.I lol'd. On topic though, I don't even understand why parental controls on the 3DS exist. If you don't want your kid using your credit card, don't save the information, lazy ass.
You do know it's really not as easy as that, right? In most places, an apartment is around $400 - $1,200 a month, and that's not including utilities. Not to mention when one just "gets a job" in a saturated market, they only attain part time, and are typically paid minimum wage, which will not cover all the necessities, thus causing one to rely on government help, at least for food. I dunno how it is in other countries, but that's the true American story.
