Homebrew Stop Emunand transitioning to Sysnand?

Is there a way to stop this?
I'm just getting tired of closing Smash Bros and being booted back to SysNAND. Is there a any way that I can boot out of a game and back into EmuNAND?

This. However, if you cannot get coldbooting to work correctly (much like the issue I have had where RXTools Nightly won't boot when using the autoboot method), then you can simply press Home and open another application (like FBI), then close that application. This will keep you from having Smash Bros reset your console if the previous fails.

Like gokuguy said, run another app from the Home menu. Any will do.
