Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

I just have more than 50 attempts with the FBI 10.3 and only starts at 0% and then error, a long night awaits me, very unestable, hope the 100% secure downgrader comes soon...

DON'T USE FBI TO DOWNGRADE.

The top screen works perfectly besides the lines.
The bottom screen is frozen but I can click on where things are suppose to be.
Basically the screens are just being weird, I have the files necessary to downgrade but I'm not sure what else to do.

Edit: If I shut the screen, the bottom screen will be black and slowly grow a border of grey and eventually look screwed up and glitchy backwards. Did I knock a wire or something? :/

Well then this is weird, I swear I've not dropped my 3DS once... Only like light tap on the desk. Other than that its been sat on my desk waiting for Kernel ._.
It only started happening just after I installed a Cia and restarted, could it be that this just fried something and just broke it lol.

EDIT: Well there is some good news, Super Mario 3DLand installed, but I can't play it with these broken screens xD

Just to clarify, this should work with *hax 2.5 right? I'm still on 9.9E and never paid attention if there was a *hax release after 2.5. I'm asking so I don't reboot my 3DS for nothing and it would be sweet to have Pokémon AS installed so I can have a second game in the cartridge slot and don't always have to keep my Pokémon cartridge around.

EDIT: And just as I post that I tried IronHax and it worked instantly

When you look for the .cia make sure it's specified as both LEGIT and in your region (EUR, USA, etc)

Would someone who managed to actually install EUR .cia files be willing to run a checksum on them. If we could get a list of checksums for files that are confirmed working then people could easily check to see if they're using valid .cia, that would hopefully reduce the number of people wondering if they're using the right files. It's super easy to do as well. If you're on Windows simply open up CMD and run the following (for SHA-1):

CertUtil -hashfile [pathtoCIAfile] SHA1

or for MD5:

CertUtil -hashfile [pathtoCIAfile] MD5

If we got a list going, that would be awesome.

Im not downgrading with FBI, im installing the CIA with FBI, but always get 0% and then fail, just more than 50 attempts on installing the cia.

So yeah, I update my 3DS to 10.3 to try this, haha.

And no, it doesn't work. It still tells me to purchase Super Smash Bros

I ran across this same issue with the US version.
The user marked it as legit but I guess it wasn't.

During the 69+ times it failed, did you get the same error as the person in the first post of page 44?
