Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Is there anwyay to turn off wifi from within homebrew launcher

I'm pretty sure someone made a WIFI Toggle Homebrew Application, try searching for it.

How will i know if FBI will install my .cia?
I get to the cia selection screen and keep getting invalid commands/install failed!

1. You are going to keep getting that error if FBI doesnt give you de "Done." message after loading.
2. Be sure you have enough space in the SD
3. Maybe not legit CIA

Im 99% sure your 3DS is not loading the FBI properly.

After installing, it says literally: Install succeeded! Press Start to continue.

IIRC legit CIA are like for everyone, so yeah, you can play online, quote me someone if I'm wrong.

yes its possible to play online, what i mean is is there a chance of a ban? i know that there is the private header stuff on the .3ds roms for the sky3ds.. same thing here?

On further inspection, the bottom screen is backwards, everything is red and its all corrupted. Can no one help me? I can't seem to get in Recovery Mode, should I try and attempt to downgrade?

Yes, nothing is working, tried removing the battery too. This doesn't look right.

I just have more than 50 attempts with the FBI 10.3 and only starts at 0% and then error, a long night awaits me, very unestable, hope the 100% secure downgrader comes soon...

The top screen works perfectly besides the lines.
The bottom screen is frozen but I can click on where things are suppose to be.
Basically the screens are just being weird, I have the files necessary to downgrade but I'm not sure what else to do.

Edit: If I shut the screen, the bottom screen will be black and slowly grow a border of grey and eventually look screwed up and glitchy backwards. Did I knock a wire or something? :/

Anh... I'm not the best guy to answer this, maybe someone else will eventually be able to help you.
But maybe that is physical damage. It actually looks like that to me.

- Homebrew Version: Original Smea / Mashers HBL Mod with Grid Layout (With Orginial Smea for FBI)
- How many tries before FBI worked: Like 20 times!
- How many tries before Legit CIA installation worked: Don't Work!
- Did it work: Nope...


My .cia is Fire Emblem: Awakening EUR, i have 2 images of the error
Anyone to help me?
