You should pick up a French reseller, it may be easier. Try logic-sunrise, it's a bit more expensive but they'll probably ship to Morocco. (And why don't you take the new version? Even AP games won't bother you with this one. Just a suggestion, if you're short on money, v2 would be a good compromise)

Why don't you buy a Sky3DS V3?
- Sky3DS V1 -> Red button (relative cheap but pointless)
- Sky3DS V2 -> Blue button (around $70-$75 ?) (No AP games and not upgradable)
- Sky3DS V3 -> 2 Orange buttons and upgradable (around $85-$90 ?)
