Besides Twitter, 3dbrew.org and new threads in gbatemp.net, how do you get update for the latest exploit?

With only 1 person working on a way to hax, it will be hard to counter NINTENDOS "updated for stability", Someone needs to bring in more people doing this. I was sadden to miss the exploit in febuarary, but was happy to use it from sept to oct,mid NOV without any trouble. Most of the complaints came from Gamefaqs forums, as they were contacting nintendo because of this, and people were abusing the leaderboard on Shuffle, I have actually learned homebrew from that site, when i queried what hax they were using. Ever since 10.3 has come out, i have stopped playing SHuffle, every 2.5 hours. Because it is pretty ridiculous how they try to force people into buying jewels. The micro-trans, freenium games arnt worth playing long term. A new hack would likely be somewhere they havnt though of before.

Um.. I have a new O3dsXL Firmware 10.3. I'd really have access to Cubic Ninja or Ironfall or Smash bros.. What are my homebrew options at this point? I Have ocarina of time 3d but from what im reading i need access to another homebrew launcher to install it. Browserhax has been fiixed apparently and as stated before i dont have access to any of the previouslt mentioned games. any ideas?

PS before people go ahead and start spouting out "go buy the games you scrub, noob, etc." Please note that i am a poor college student and i barely have any money to live off of. Please keep that in mind before raging on me for not having #richpeopleproblems lol

Cubic Ninja, for now, is probably your best bet. Themehax is dead on 10.3, as well as browserhax, and Ironhax has been patched, as well as OoTHax being a second-degree hax requiring you have a way to inject a save to the cart.

OoTHax is possible without first having homebrew via the use of power saves.

My ocarina of time is a downloaded copy my brother gifted me. i wouldnt know how to inject a save that way. any help there?
I'm assuming you need someone with an already existing exploit to dump the save via SDM or SVDT and you'll be able to inject that into your digital copy. That seems to be the only way, theoretically

Quick question, I haven't been in the Homebrew scene for a long time.
1) I don't have Cubic Ninja, OOT...
2) I have a 2DS that's on 10.3 and I'm taking full advantage of the new ability to downgrade so that way I can have CFW! :D
What are the options here...?

browserhax -> menuhax (so you don't need to suffer browserhax instability)
downgrade to 9.2 from here

I highly suggest putting the ropbin for 9.2.0-20U as "browserhax_hblauncher_ropbin_payload.bin" at the root of the SD card, and sliderhax (after downgrading) will be infinitely more stable when you're trying to use it

Browserhax or Menuhax, both were updated to work on the latest firmware, and from there you can downgrade. Be careful though, while many claim that it is safe, it's actually not 100 % safe. There's always a chance of bricking.

Is there a tutorial...? Because I don't know what to do there.... Also, I have the 9.2 update files here and all that...

Not helpful. Sorry. YLS8 or whoever that is has a website that I cannot understand. So, I guess browserhax is out of the question. ( Damn my bad English! DX )
except it's not.
  1. go to the browser, go to settings, and scroll down to Initialize Save Data
  2. turn off wireless
  3. press L+R, tap the icon in the bottom left, and scan
    3dsbrowserhax_auto_qrcode.png

  4. set up the browser, and when it says wireless is disabled, press home
  5. turn on wireless
  6. open the browser
  7. (if there's a slider) tap the right side of the slider

Except it was. I was all worded in an order that threw me out of whack and with an unnecessary chart that only confused me even more. However, thank you for simplifying it for me.

I meant "it's not out of the question" :)

here's a video I made a while ago. it still applies even on 10.3 though (there won't be a slider if you're on 10.3)
