Go find one listed as brand new Cubic Ninja sold and shipped by Amazon, GameStop, Best Buy, Target, Walmart... The manager will give you what I am smoking right now! (punt intended)
LOL ofc they wouldn't have new copy's the game is dated 2011 so it's out of print

Well, Amazon will realize that this is just stupid. No one is going to pay up to $70 to $100 for some crappy game that no one even plays. We use it for an exploit. Just complete garbage. Amazon, your sales aren't going up because you are greedy money hogs.

Ha, that is silly, this game is definitely worth $120 and the prices on Amazon are a bargain!

Really though there is nothing greedy and hogish about Amazon. It is a machine, governed by algorithms to maximize profit. You can't attribute human attributes to the behavior of large corporations. They run on their own and the tuning of price vs sales volume to maximize profit is carefully and well thought out. Your comment simply doesn't make any sense trying to humanize a public company or an algorithm

Of course this is moot since as stated we are not talking about Amazon rather 3rd party sellers. And I'd bet they are pretty thoughtful about the price points and adjust them frequently to test sales volume and optimize. But sure, I guess you can call it greedy and evil if you don't like it.

Next time, one of my friend/me bought something listed as used, but comes as brand new sealed&undamaged, I will take picture. Those are new physically, but their warranty is gone/ not supported by manufacturer. Not allowed to be under sold & shipped by Amazon as new, so Amazon Warehouse Deals is the one who sells them as used.

Guys, I'm not too late to be first to say it's supply and demand, right?

Every time I see chart, it reminds me of this

^^^^ This guy, new hero.

You are never too late sir! Beating a dead horse, although cruel, is damned funny, and frankly I think the freaking horse is a zombie as it keeps getting up no matter how many times we beat it's head in.

@tivu100 by going and editing/adding to your old posts here proves your wrong
I don't add new stuff/idea into what I wrote (See my first ever post mentioned third partydifferent than Amazon).
" Replace said third party sellers name with previous post regarding " Amazon "".
See this post quoted me editing.

I always meant this: big retail companies can't sell re-called/called-back brand new/undamaged/unused item as new. They let third party seller to sell as third party sellers are the one to provide warranty. Or Amazon warehouse deals or opened box department in other stores are allowed to sell these as used (the price is not as ridiculous as third party seller: Best Buy $4.99; Gamestop $24.99 (used to be $19.99 for a long period of time) if you ever find it)

I will remember posting proof picture when I can find a case like this.

If I sell a new copy of any game the buyer is not entitled to a warranty by me only by the original company

Have to clarify that what I mean I don;t add new stuff/idea is I don't change the idea what I wrote. I added explanation of what I wrote. Like original always about third party vs AMazon. Then I think of scalpers (who exploit the buyer) vs occasional third party sellers (whom is not as bad as scalper)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

If I sell a new copy of any game the buyer is not entitled to a warranty by me only by the original company
But if the customer ever go through warranty, the manufacturer will direct the customer to the third party seller first.

It's hard to explain, but one needs to be authorized reseller from the manufacturer to sell stuff as official new that has warranty which manufacturer accept. Or manufacturer will deny warranty and re-direct the final customer to the reseller to provide warranty.

For example: hypothetically, I was given a new & sealed O3DSXL bought from Walmart by my nephew. I don't want it, but it's past return period (14 days). I then sell it on Amazon as new and someone bought just hours after I listed it. It's physically new, but if it ever happens to be broken within 14 days before the end of a year warranty from my sold time/final customer purchase time; I am the one who have to provided the warranty. Even within the manufacturer warranty time, the final buyer has to send me the 3DS and I have to send 3DS to manufacture personally with my gift receipt (my nephew need to send it with his Walmart receipt) in order to the 3DS to be qualified for warranty term.

Yes. If somehow you can make sure you don't ever hit the update button on Ironfall game when your 3DS connects to WIFI.
