Somehow I cannot boot back into the GW emunand or Reinand Emunand (I might have taken the mSD out before a complete shutdown). Black screen forever after I boot into either emunand. All hardwares are confirmed to be working 100%. I only need to rescue a save data from a game and nothing else. Anyway to do it?

1) Surprised no mod has forced you to change your obvious dildo pic

2) Did you attempt to install themehax? What you are describing is what happens if you install themehax with a linked nand.

It happened all the sudden. I wiped the themehax + browserhax files in mSD then used cubic ninja to boot into emunand, still the same. I will unlink 1 more time to see.

So you did attempt to install themehax? With linked nands?
Try changing the theme form default in sysnand, and try again

No, everything worked before. Unlinked NANDs and all kinda hax's were working. A couple of days ago I was switching mSDs for some other reasons. Now the original mSD can't boot back into emunands. I did format memory with other mSDs though.

When you format memory, the settings of the 3DS is the one actually affected. Hard to explain, but you can look at the folder inside the Nintendo 3DS folder on the SD. Everytime you format system memory it generates a different folder. Because you are using different SD, so there is a chance in one of those occasion, the folder is generated the same as the EMUNAND folder inside 3DS folder on your original mSD, thus links your NANDs again.

Thats not possible, it generates a random ID from numbers and letters, its extremely unlikely that it would happen to generate the same 20 something long ID code as your previous nand

Try this tool to extract the EMUNAND partition from the mSD https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-multi-emunand-creator.381603/. Inject it onto another mSD to see whether EMUNAND still works.

Edit: Just as other people said: if your NANDs are linked, you get problem booting into EMUNAND when the firmware of your NANDs are different from each other -> Solution: remove themehax/unlink NANDs.
nope, not working. Already removed themehax/browserhax and unlink NANDs several times by formating memory. When I boot with CN into GW Emunand, black screen forever again. If I remove the Nintendo 3DS folder, it will boot but of course everything is gone.

If you remove the Nintendo 3D folder and the EMUNAND boot, then it's the sign of your NANDs is linked!
