Everything worked until the "boot into Emunand" part. I put all the rxtools files in the right folders, and in HBL rxtools popped up. Great, I thought, but when I click it it loads rxtools (sometimes, most of the time a black screen, even with holding L) and it says: ERROR NATIVE_FIRM: 4. Yes, I tried changing the name of the bin. What can I do?

Ok, so, some 3ds apps exist as both 3dsx and cia and it's possible to convert Ninjhax1 homebrew apps to cia.
So there's a question: is it really impossible to convert *Hax2-homebrew to cia (I mean, apps with app selection)? If not, how can it be done?

There are white European N3DSes. It is also possible to change the region of an N3DS.

Yes, both the N3DS and N3DS XL are available in the US now. Originally only the N3DS XL was available.

Looks like you'll need an additional piece of hardware if you want to dump DS carts. Found this thread about dumping 3DS and DS games: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-dump-your-own-3ds-ds-games-saves.274290/.

There is no software-only based method on the 3DS to dump DS carts.

Yep, you can make an NNID without issue. If you are encountering any issues, you may need to link your NNID on sysNAND as well. You do not need to be on the latest firmware version to link an NNID.
