yeah high quality materials, but with the design being purely aesthetic over sturdy or structurally sound, basically if they can shave 1mm off the design at the sacrifice of it bending in your pocket they would do it....or have a nice metal trim at the cost of you loosing your signal if you hold it like normal person

Thaaaaaat's a good question... When/if this ever becomes a fully functioning playable emulator, it will most likely require a beast of a PC to run it. I'd honestly recommend thinking about upgrading your entire rig over the course of the next year if you want to use this emulator. Mobo shouldn't matter as long as it's compatible with LGA 1150 or 1151 (Intel gens 4-6), other parts should be picked by what you think you can afford in terms of power per dollar
If you want update your CPU and your budget isn't limited you shouldn't only care about a high frequency or the number of cores, there a few other important parameters like bus speed etc. (they are the reason why some CPUs with lower frequency are more expencive than some other with a higher). So you should also consider the performance of your mainboard to make sure that it can exhaust the cpu, and not only the compatibility of the slot.
