Hi, I'm a newbie with this emulator.
Can you please help me to configure it properly in order to play with Chrono Trigger?

My pc specs

Ever since they added the Dynamic recompiler option in DeSmuME, I haven't seen a reason to use NO$ anymore, even if your computer is weaker.
That, and that computer should be plenty to handle DeSmuME, especially with dynamic recompiler.

Okay, I've checked the option "using dynamic recomplier".
FPS seem more stable now.
Is there anyway to improve the graphic? Should I change the 3D settings?

You can use DYNAMIC RECOMPLIER for making faster speed, but be careful for some games make graphics glitch even emulator crashes etc because of JIT function. For 3D SETTINGS, just use anything depend on your PC. You should press START, select RUN, type DXDIAG and look for your Display video name. Post it here after looking your spec, including display, sound etc. For Sound Settings, just stay the default settings. Any questions, visit here for information.

saw your post at Desmume forum website, but is locked by Zeromus because you did not read FAQ carefully. Plus, it was depend on games itself. Faster speed or slower speed was doesn't matter. Unless, your better try with No$gba instead for more fun!

Yeah...really polite...
Anyways, those are my settings at the moment

At least the fps sounds stable...
What's the best magnification filter? (From what I have seen, that makes the differences....)

The magnification filter depends on how big your monitor is, but I prefer using 2xBRZ with the top screen to the left and the bottom screen to the right. But I think the game will run faster if you just leave it on normal. Also, you should look for the settings that say they will change the performance if you want better fps.
