is there a way to install cias with fbi when I try it wont work and pasta loader is only for 9.2 and under im on 9.9 is there any way anyone can help because I need to install gameyob to my home menu so I can get to it fast and I also wanted to install cubic ninja cia that I have I lost my cartrage so I currently using tubehax

No, you can't.

I find it funny how many people ask about using FBI with Ironhax, Tubehax and Cubic Ninja 2 or ask why FBI isn't working when they are on stock 9.9.0.

I added Reinand 1.0 4.x and CakesFW 6.x and rxTools3.x 6.x.
I can't test them for some reasons.
Reinand 1.0(It is for old3ds) can't be downloaded anymore.And I can't use 6.x console.
So I don't know they work.
Rops of cakesfw and rxTools3.x are newer.If you use older cakesfw and rxtools3.x, try to update.

And you're right. rxTools 2.6 does not support 6.x MSET. 6.x MSET support came with CakeHax integration.

EDIT : I tested rxTools 6.x and it is working flawlessly. Great Job!

Some older homebrew was released as an msetforboss.dat file. IIRC, the original theme stuff and maybe the original decrypt 9 or something...

Why the lastests versions haven't the option for overwrite cia when you try to install a cia that are installed already? Is not possible to get it again?

I'm assuming it's called FBI because "CIA" can also refer to a US federal government agency. But does it also stand for something? You know, like a "backronym".

Stupid question. I didn't realize there was the CIA files. They were just embedded into a directory that I didn't even bother to look in.

CIA stands for CTR Installable Application. CTR is the codename for the 3DS.
