How to delete 0kb corrupted file

I put a folder on my switch sd card and it was somehow corrupted and now it appears as a 0 kb file on gold leaf. I can't delete it with dbi either. How do I delete it? I really don't like having a corrupted file so, please help. Thanks.
 
You don't. You move all files that you can to PC and format partition completely - one corruption can spread elsewhere. Then you move those files back.
 
They can, but they won't corrupt further partitions when copied to other device. So i would put that as last solution.
