yes but Nintendo probably won't know EXACTLY where the exploit lies in Ironfall before Smea releases his stuff.

As for Youtube, they don't need to know, they just need to remove it, rebuild it on the latest webkit and put it back, then the exploit Smea has probably won't work on it anymore.

If the exploit uses the webkit. ;)

Nintendo alters things on Monday, which is update day, which is also when they took down ironfall, so i expect that if Nintendo wants to take down YouTube, they'll do it tomorrow.

Nintendo didn't take down ironfall when smealum said "Download this game for free homebrew", Nintendo took it down 1 day after Smealum gave proof (the vine).

Smealum posted his video of Oothax working on July 31. *corrected*
Smealum posted his video of Ironhax working on August 6. Ironfall was removed on August 11, exactly 5 days after the video was posted.
Smealum posted his video of Tubehax working on August 15.

why are nintendo bothing to pull the games when they can just patch it with a firmware update since ironhax and youtubehax work same way as ninjahax2.0 which is already out

So they can limit the number, fix it both the app and firmware update and release.

btw I just tried out of curiosity to get the YT app but I get a 005-5602 error on sysnand and emunand on 2 different new3DS XL (E) with freemultipatcher, any ideas ?
