You need to enter the version number of the title as well. If you look on this site, you should be able to find it depending on what firmware version it was included with.

I'm not sure then. I'm having issues with it too. I downloaded 9.5.0-23U and my emuNAND is saying the CIA's are invalid for some reason.

Edit: If you know what FW version the title ID you're after came with, you could just download the entire FW by entering the number and the region for the version.

Doesnt matter, 3DSNUS and WiiNUS work the exact same way, I'd think a dev would know how to input numbers
