- Inject FBI into your sysnand (read the fbi injection readme)
- Launch rxmode in sysnand mode and use fbi to install sysupdater (if you get a database error, read the fbi faq in the official thread)
- Download the 6.1.0-12U update with 3DNUS
- Launch the devmode (in the advanced options) and use sysupdater to update your console (again, read the sysupdater readme)

Yes, but only on devmode with the latest version. (3.0 alpha)

What does it say ?
There is a workaround, setup and update your emunand, inject dbi into your emunand, install sysupdater on your emunand then dump your emunand ticket.db and inject it into your sysnand.

Are you using the 3.0 alpha ?

Question! I have a 9.2 o3DS setup with the beta RXtools and I have finished setting it up (Emunand, 9.9) twice. Each time, I set it down, grab my camera to take a picture of it for my sister (its hers, I'm setting it up for her) and come back to find it on sysnand. I boot back up emunand and low and behold, all the installed games are gone, legit or not, however going into data management on emunand shows them as there. Why is this? All are US region.

Edit: Found them. They were all in folders originally, but after the "crash" they all were out of the folders, on the last page.

Question I can't seem to find googling.

Is the data installation needed every boot on 2.6? Not really bothersome, but I'm wondering if it's supposed to install each session of CFW booting.

No, its purpose was to install data once to save time on the boot. There's something wrong if its installing every time

Generally I was getting one x on installation of data suite because GBAFIRM Cia was missing on my system nand. After installing that it stopped installation everytime and completed without any x's

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
