Hacking [Release] rxTools - Roxas75 3DS Toolkit [fw 2.0 - 9.2]

System: 2DS
SysNAND: 9.2.0-16E
EmuNAND: 9.9.0-26E (tested with 9.2.0-16E as well)

I got everything on the place but when trying to load EmuNAND using rxTools 3.0b6 (Mset 6x or browser) it always lets me in SysNAND. Too dangerous!. Any idea? Thanks.

Skip autoboot and try to boot into emuNAND manually.

Does it still say RX3D even on sysnand ?

No, it says "Ver." since version 2.6. Older versions said "RX-S" on sysNAND and "RX-E" on emuNAND.

Getting the same result for both auto/manual boot. Always boot SysNand which is "Ver.".

Your emuNAND may be damaged. Try reformatting it using the Gateway launcher (it will delete all your data).

I've formatted 2 or 3 times but no luck. Enter GW Emunand without any issue. Setup 2DS and 3DS at the same time, only succeeded (mset 6x) with O3DS but 2DS.

Try deleting your rxTools folder and redownload firmware.bin. If it still doesn't work, try with an older version of rxTools.

I updated and downgraded my 3DS many times, no problems. Sorry but you certainly made a mistake...

So I think the version is not the probleme. This is working with gateway no ? Have you tried an older rxTools revision like 2.4 or 2.3 ?

Seems the problem is my 2DS, only GW can enter EmuNAND. Neither ReiNAND or rxTools won't do ...

I'll try to update the sysNAND to 9.2.0-20. Finger crosses

I'm not sure what fail-safes are present in rxTools, but if the SD card is too slow, it might be having trouble loading certain things in time, and giving up. If so, it would make sense to fall back on SysNAND. Beyond that, it could be dependent on if you updated the EmuNAND with GW or rxTools. Perhaps something's being done to one that isn't being done to the other. Try a fresh EmuNAND, built with the GW launcher, but then boot it with rxTools and update it from there.
