if you never formated EmuNAND or SYSNAND after create EmuNAND, they should be linked
if you formated EmuNAND, format SYSNAND to re-link them
if you formated SYSNAND, format EmuNAND to re-link them

I installed Fantasy Life EUR in my USA console, when I boot emuNAND it's always a gift to unwrap..how can I fix it?

I forgot to say, I formatted once sysNAND not emuNAND...

format the XXXNAND the same time you formated the VVVNAND to re-link them
to know if they are linked, install a app and open the gift, go tho the emunand and try to see the icon (the banner will not show-up)

Just tried out with my legit eShop dsiware. Didn't work.
EDIT: Just realised that GBA games stopped working in emuNAND for me when i tried the dsiware. I'm gonna try on sysNAND now.

AFAIK, DSiWare should work if GBA games work. However, DSiWare has to be installed to SysNAND and EmuNAND if you want to boot it from EmuNAND. If you want to boot it from SysNAND, you only have to install it to SysNAND. This is due to there being no TWL_FIRM patch yet. TWL_FIRM is to DSiWare as AGB_FIRM is to GBA games. Someone has to figure out how to patch TWL_FIRM so that we can play DSiWare from EmuNAND without having to install the DSiWare to SysNAND, because of funky NAND redirection stuff used for EmuNAND. In other words, the TWL_FIRM has to be patched so the system can redirect the NAND to play DSiWare games from EmuNAND.

My NANDs are unlinked. I used this CFW Switcher rxTools Mod, booted into Gameboy Advance Mode sysNAND and i was able to run the games there.
