Yeah i'm on 4.5 sysnand. I can flash my 3ds to a 9.2 image if needed.

This could help Roxas75 to find the reason if it works for you in 9.2 but not in 4.5.

hey... I was thinking... I saw that FBI can be installed in the Healt & Safetly App... so... what if we install rxTools Menu in H&S instead of FBI, just to it boot from sysNAND, is this possible, @Roxas75 ??

The latest one, as i can choose to load DevMode, it boots back into sysNAND, but seems to be a normal sysNAND (H&A FBI doesn't work ...etc.)

FBI uses the 5.x SDK setup, if you are on 4.x sysNAND it won't launch.

do I need to download title 0004013800000202.cia and use Old3DS_AGB_FIRM_v3665_SignPatcher then install in sysnand and emunand

Side effect (for linked NANDS)

You know, when having linked nands, you always have to unwrap the boxes of your installed cia's? No more with latest rxTools

When in Devmode, start FBI, try to reinstall the cia's you always have to unwrap, it will error out (already installed), then exit FBI (Press HOME)
3DS will tell you about spotpass and free software (just ignore all), choose not to delete the icon, you will see your cia with all question marks as title, don't worry

Reboot your 3DS and boot into rxTools Emunand -> No more unwrapping boxes anymore ,

4.5 -> MSET -> RxMenu -> DevMode -> Sysnand Ok but sig checks not patched.
9.2 -> Spider -> RxMenu -> DevMode -> Sysnand Ok and sig checks patched.

That was always a thing, its not exclusive to this release of rxtools
