Hacking 3DS XL - highest included firmware?

Just curious, has anyone seen a 3DS XL sold new have anything above 9.2 included?

I wasn't sure if they were still producing them, I know they are officially discontinued in Japan, but I'm not sure about here.

People say they stopped producing them, although we don't have any facts to confirm that.
You should be safe getting an o3DS XL now though, I don't think >9.2 ones have been found yet. Better get one soon before that changes (or they become sold out everywhere)

Hmm, mayaswell order a black/black one from Walmart then, as that seems to be the cheapest place to get a brand new one (since they offer a bundle that comes with a game and other stuff)

But sadly the screen's got some stuck/dead pixels, and I'm a bit of a perfectionist. New thread here.
