Is neccesary relaunch the CFW after exit of system settings like the others CFW?
It doesn't support "system settings" (by which you probably mean the mset exploit/DS profile exploit). Not yet.

You need to relaunch it whenever you power off the 3DS. It doesn't install anything.

Loving this CFW its fantastic stuff! I was just wondering how do you get on installing newer games that run on FW 9.4x and higher etc..with updates by .cia format, is there any complications? I had a blond moment a bit ago and tried to install the theme package and funny enough it installed but then of course I thought it would not work and may and go and install a higher Firmware or something in the background on the 3dsxl with it so I quickly deleted it again, anyone know what happens if you try them?

You don't. This doesn't spoof the firmware or anything. It only strips the signature checks required to run unsigned .cia files. It runs on 9.2 or below (Ninjhax), so you're stuck playing games that require up to the firmware that you have installed. So if you're running this CFW on a fw 8.1 system, you can't play games that require 9.x.

Okay. I am stupid. Someone explain me how I run games after installing the CFW. I just seem to manage.

after you launch it you need to relaunch ninjhax and then you can install stuff from FBI (look it up on gbatemp), you could install the cia of BBM, or FBI once you launch 3dsx FBI so you don't have to go to ninjhax every time you want to install something.

There are two ways.
Either launch NTR-CFW from within PastaCFW (but that's n3DS only) and you can use FW spoof, eShop and region free.
Or launch the games through DevMenu.
Won't work for games using new API or the new encryption though.

Wrong, there are a couple ways.

Minimum fw I believe, so unless you can spoof it in the future, they won't run in Pasta
They will on GW though

Google how to use DevMenu then (BigBlueMenu is the same shit, it's DevMenu with the title changed).

How many games exist that don't run on 9.2?

Xenoblade requires fw 9.4, recent eShop titles, and obviously any future games, but according to http://3ds.essh.co (by simply clicking the "firmware" column a few times), these won't:

9.5.0E - Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition
9.4.0U - Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (N3DS Only)
9.4.0U - Code Name: S.T.E.A.M.
9.4.0J - Bravely Second: End Layer
9.4.0J - Mario vs Donkey Kong: Minna de Mini-Land
9.4.0J - Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition
9.4.0J - Zelda no Densetsu Majora no Kamen
9.4.0J - Xenoblade (N3DS Only)
9.4.0E - Pazuru Purple Hills
9.4.0E - Inazuma Eleven GO: Chrono Stones: Thunderflash
9.4.0E - Inazuma Eleven GO: Chrono Stones: Wildfire
9.4.0E - Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (N3DS Only)
9.3.0J - Home Menu Kazareru Badge Toreru Center

I don't know about you, but if you ever played Bravely Default, Bravely Second (when it's released in English) won't run on Pasta CFW without firmware spoofing and/or other modifications.

Wow I can count, see? 13

Um, Xenoblade is included 3 times in that list and Puzzle & Dragons is included twice. These are only the scene releases so far. Who knows how many more there are... Some of the entries from that website don't have anything listed in the "firmware" column, so they obviously won't show up when filtered this way...
