Hacking Petit Computer is no longer available in the eShop. Now where can I get it?

I restored my 3DS, so I lost all my eShop downloads.

I updated EmuNAND to 9.7 using RXTools, only to find out the only DSiWare I ever really played, Petit Computer, was no longer available.

How can I get this back? Also, why didn't Nintendo make it to where we can redownload things from the eShop that's been removed?

Doesn't really answer your question, but there's a 3DS version available in Japan and due to be released in the west this summer.

The main point here is that the problem is not the game being unavailable for redownload.
I suspect you will need to try this,

(dump your ticket.db and redownload the game to a packed cia with funkycia)
