ROM Hack Is it possible to extract a .sav from a .3ds file?

Figured out it wasn't possible to backup the sav through gateway on Pokemon X and I heard that the .sav can be extracted through the .3ds file, if it's possible, is there a tutorial to do it?

sav files are stored on the SD card. 3ds files are just the ROMs.

Look up Card2Save tool. It's for games like Pokemon or Animal Crossing. Don't have a link, but I've been using it since I got my gateway.

Guys what bugs me is that sav files have random names and I don't know from witch game each save is :/ Is there a way to identify them?

Use http://3ds.essh.co/
Paste the filename (without ".sav") into the search box
