Bug_Checker_ is absolutely correct here. This is how computer forensics specialists are able to recover evidence that has been "erased" several times over :P. Nintendo is known to run their own sort of forensics tools on consoles people send in for repairs to make sure you haven't made any software alterations to the console. If they find any evidence of modifications they aren't obligated to fix your console as its no longer under warranty.
Then I guess totally virginize a Wii is also impossible...
Then any install-free & cios free Nand Dumper? (nand.bin and fs format are both okay) :D

Nope. You can use the Trinux exploit (with the proper files on your sd card) to dump your NAND etc but you will still need the homebrew channel installed on your vWii in order to use the Trinux launcher.

EDIT: now that I think of it, you could execute the Trinux launcher using the SmashStack exploit without installing anything. Theoretically this "might" work as it doesn't install anything. You will still need to have the proper Wad files installed for using the Trinux exploit though, but theoretically, if you already somehow had a completely clean dump of your vWii NAND (don't see that happening) when you flash the clean NAND on after setting up and launching the Trinux exploit, it "should" eradicate "most" traces of homebrew stuff. But how one would get a completely clean dump of their NAND without having homebrew prior (which wouldnt be clean) or soldering directly to the board is beyond me....

I'm using Wii, not WiiU... and I can run letterbomb

Theoretically that could work, but you would still need to install bootmii in order to dump your NAND which definitely not be a clean NAND. I'm not sure if there's much of anything you can do at this point in time.

Thanks, I don't actually need a clean NAND dump, just wonder if traces will still be left even after IOS254(bootmii IOS)is erased...
